As a Supply Chain Analyst at Scarabee Aviation Group, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and strengthening our supply chain for the installation and delivery of advanced technological systems at airports worldwide.

Working Hours
You will work on weekdays during regular office hours (no weekend shifts).
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and implement standardized processes with Visio process flows for our operational departments
- Assist in setting up a monthly S&OP cycle, including the required documentation and reporting
- Design and implement efficient logistical solutions to improve operational effectiveness
- Support the design and scaling of our new assembly facility
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize spare parts inventory and reduce lead times
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support forecasting, demand planning, capacity planning, and production planning to improve supply chain efficiency
- Participate in the implementation of supply chain management software and help set up our new ERP system
- Report insights and progress to the Supply Chain Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Actively contribute to making our supply chain smarter and more effective!
What You Bring
- A completed Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a similar field such as Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics
- 0 – 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role (recent graduates are welcome!)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment
