As an IT Helpdesk Employee at Scarabee, you are responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers. You ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and that the IT infrastructure functions optimally.

Your responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users and customers.
Analyze and resolve IT-related incidents.
Document issues and solutions in our ticketing system.
Support the implementation of new systems and applications.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues.
Manage hardware and software installations.
Proactively contribute to improving processes and systems.

Tasks:

Identify and resolve computer issues.
Escalate complex issues to specialists (such as a system administrator).
Answer user inquiries.
Handle service requests.
Log and monitor the progress of reported issues.
Perform minor repairs and installations.
Teach users how to maximize the use of hardware and software.
Detect broader issues and/or impacts on business continuity.

Who are you?

You have an MBO or HBO degree in an IT-related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
You have strong communication skills and excellent writing and speaking proficiency in Dutch and English.
You have a customer-oriented mindset and can work under pressure.
You are eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
Affinity with technological innovations within the aviation sector is a plus.
