International Field Service Technician

Job Description
As an International Field Service Technician at Scarabee Systems & Technology, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced machinery and systems at our clients’ sites worldwide. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Service Delivery Management, Sales, Engineering, and R&D, to deliver the best solutions and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission complex machinery and systems worldwide.
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance (electrical, mechanical, IT).
Manage technical incidents from detection to resolution.
Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks.
Ensure project quality and compliance with client specifications.
Record and report service activities in the service management system.
Coordinate incident resolution and collaborate with technical teams.
Provide training to clients and technicians on the use and maintenance of machinery.
Identify and analyze trends to optimize services.

Requirements

Completed vocational or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
At least 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing complex machinery.
Experience in machinery installation is a plus.
Flexible and willing to travel worldwide (20-40%).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
