Scarabee was asked if it was possible to organize an event for about 60 KLM colleagues on February 6, 2024.
After the necessary preparations, supported by cleaning, ICT and security, we were ready to give our guests a warm welcome.
The program started early, the first KLM employees arrived around 7:30 AM. At approximately 9:15 AM, all 60 KLM employees had arrived. After reception, the guests were shown the film “Welcome to Scarabee Experience Center” and people were guided to the BagDrop. Robert Baggerman and Chris Hurley from our partner Airware gave a short pitch about the latest development on the BagDrop.
Then it was up to KLM itself to start the day’s program.
After lunch, Scarabee held a presentation. During this presentation the following topics were covered:
• how good is KLM according to ChatGPT;
• Alaska Airlines, very humorous video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZf0bNDWH4s;
• the flight frequency of passengers in the Netherlands and America;
• the long route you have to take to book a ticket, the many questions you are asked
(often unnecessarily) as a passenger, what to do at the airport.
There was a lot of interaction with the guests during the entire presentation.
After a drink everybody went home satisfied.
