What will you do?

As an ICT Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind the IT team. You will guide, motivate, and support your colleagues to ensure our IT infrastructure operates at peak performance. In addition, you will actively contribute to process improvements and the implementation of innovative IT solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

Network and system management: Overseeing, maintaining, and monitoring servers, networks, and peripheral devices.
Leadership: Leading, coaching, and inspiring the IT team.
Operational advice: Providing support for IT-related challenges and improvement initiatives.
Application management: Installing, testing, and enhancing software solutions.
Security: Safeguarding network security and ensuring compliance with GDPR policies.
Support: Acting as a resource and troubleshooter for end-users.

What do you bring?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Lead with:

HBO+ working and thinking level and a completed MBO-4 education in IT, network, or workplace management.
At least 5 years of experience in network and system administration, preferably in an international environment.
Proven expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, virtualization (VMware/Azure), and TCP/IP networks.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Competencies such as leadership, analytical skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset.
