Job Description:
As a Service Coordinator at Scarabee, you will be the central hub of our organization, responsible for coordinating service requests, planning, and supporting technicians. You will be the first point of contact for customers at Schiphol and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services. You will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for maintaining administrative tasks and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Service Requests: Process and track maintenance and malfunction reports related to assets (such as security lanes and bag drops) via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Planning and Support for Technicians: Manage the daily planning of maintenance and repair work by technicians on-site, providing them with the necessary information and documentation.
- Customer Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for customers at Schiphol (e.g., airlines, Schiphol itself) for questions and complaints regarding the functionality of systems.
- Administration and Reporting: Maintain service contracts, quotes, work orders, and invoicing. Monitor SLAs and prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Support: Assist in the implementation of new systems or major maintenance projects and coordinate the logistics behind them.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventories of parts and materials needed for maintenance and repairs, and place orders as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: MBO+ level, preferably in a technical field or relevant work experience in a technical environment.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar back-office role, preferably within a technical or industrial setting. Experience with Schiphol or similar environments is a plus.
- Technical Insight: Understanding of technical systems and the ability to communicate with technicians and customers about technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning abilities and monitoring of deadlines, with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Stress Resistance: Able to switch quickly in a dynamic work environment where safety and continuity are of great importance.
