Your Responisbilities
- Oversee and enhance network assets in accordance with required performance standards.
- Actively engage in projects with our clients to set up and improve infrastructure.
- Design, install, and configure servers, workstations, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- (Automated) build, set up, and maintain servers and network equipment.
- Ensure the stability and protection of electronic data and infrastructure.
- Maintain system documentation and oversee system changes.
- Manage and optimize operating systems and applications.
What You Bring
- A completed HBO degree in a relevant IT field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in managing complex IT security environments and executing various IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with setting up hardware and software.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, initiative-taking attitude.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and a flexible approach to working hours.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (Category B).
Experience/Knowledge
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP-related protocols and networks.
- Practical knowledge of virtualization and automated deployment of environments.
- Experience in applying security policies and security architecture is essential.
Desired Skills
- Certifications in the field of IT security are a plus (e.g., VCA).
- Experience with security assessment tools (e.g., Nessus).
- Programming knowledge (e.g., Powershell), ITIL processes, and DevOps are valuable.
- Affinity for automation related to logistics processes can be an additional advantage.
